By pressing ACCEPT in the game you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Playing
You need a Meta Quest headset and a Meta account that meets the platform's minimum age in your country. Your in-game identity is your Meta display name; you are responsible for what happens under it.
2. Conduct
Legion1 is a competitive game with voice chat and public live streams. Don't harass, threaten or discriminate against other players, in voice or by name; don't cheat, use modified clients, exploit bugs, farm stats with cooperating accounts, or disrupt matches on purpose. Players can mute and report you from the scoreboard. Repeated independent reports lead to automatic temporary bans (24 hours, then 3 days, then 7 days, then permanent); we may also ban accounts by hand for cheating or serious abuse. Bans apply to the account and, for modified clients, may apply to the device.
3. Live spectating and streams
Any match can be broadcast live on legion1.live and watched by anyone, with your display name, picture, level, scores and — in matches with voice enabled — your voice. Viewers can follow you by name. Playing Legion1 means you accept this. Streams are live only and not stored by us; other people may record what they watch, as with any public broadcast.
4. Progression and virtual items
Levels, ranks, in-game currency ("CR") and cosmetics are earned by playing. They are licensed to you for use in the game, have no monetary value, cannot be traded, sold or transferred, and may be adjusted, reset or removed — for example to fix an exploit, rebalance the economy or after a ban. If real-money purchases are added later, their terms will be shown at the point of purchase.
5. Availability and changes
Legion1 is a small, actively developed game. Servers may be down for maintenance; features, maps, balance and these terms may change. When a required update or a new version of these terms is available, the game tells you at the next start or after your current match. Legion1 is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to what is required by law (in particular for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health).
6. Ending things
You can stop playing at any time and delete your account and data from Settings → Delete account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, and shut the service down with reasonable notice.
7. Law
German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Contact us first with any problem — most things are fixable within a day.
Wir sind nicht verpflichtet und nicht bereit, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen. (We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.)
